Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed

- In original condition with all tags attached

- Free from any stains, perfume, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery for a different size, subject to availability. If your desired size is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the full item value.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees has to be paid in all conditions of receiving or exchanging


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
